All equipment (109)Frequently asked questions
How do I receive the photos?
In an online gallery where you can view and mark them, plus a download link for all photos in full resolution and in web size.
How do I know when the photos will be ready?
Every order has a personal status page showing selection and editing progress and the expected delivery date.
Do you also shoot outside Maribor?
Yes – all over Slovenia and, by arrangement, abroad: Austria, Italy, Croatia, Hungary, Germany, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
How do you store the photos?
We store photos on our own NAS server in the studio. We never upload them to third-party services such as WeTransfer, Dropbox or similar – you get a direct link to our server. Final photos are backed up automatically every day.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes. We hold general civil liability insurance for photography with GRAWE, covering up to €200,000 per incident. If we accidentally damage your premises or equipment during a shoot, or cause harm to anyone, it is covered. The policy applies to shoots in Slovenia.
Can I rent equipment without a photographer?
Yes. Pick your dates and gear in the rental catalogue; we confirm enquiries the same day.
